Guest Gallery is designed to complement your official photographer. Guest Gallery photos are provided by your guests so you take away an additional, informal and personal record of the event as seen through their eyes.

What time would you arrive at the event and what time will you leave?
This will be pre-agreed when we discuss your requirements but with a wedding, for example, our suggestion would be from the beginning of your reception up to midnight.

Do I have to make any special arrangements with the venue?
No, just give us the contact details for the venue and we will do the rest.

What happens with the photos once you have copied them from our guests?
- A selection will be placed on the 'Motion Slideshow' at the event for all your guests to see.
- You will be given all guests' photos on DVD after the event (clearly identified by guest).
- A copy of the slideshow and all individual photos from your event will be published on your unique members' page of the Guest Gallery website (see demo).

Can you copy from any camera?
We use multi-card readers so as long as the camera is digital and has a standard memory card, we will be able to copy the contents.

Can our guests give you other photos on the day such as Stag/Hen Party photos?
We can copy any photos and include them on the finished DVD, it really depends on how much you want included!

Can our guests come up to give copy photos more than once at the event?
Yes, we assign a unique folder to each contributor making it easy to identify those frequently returning trigger happy guests.

How will our guests know which website to visit in order to look at the photos after the event?
We give out business cards with your unique Guest Gallery web address printed on the back. The 'Motion Slideshow' also displays this address throughout the event.

How quickly will my photos be uploaded after the event?
We aim to prepare your gallery by the end of the next day. This means that you can often share your guest' photos before your official photos are ready. If it’s your wedding then you will often find that guests have left you messages by the time you arrive on your honeymoon – you can join in the post-party celebrations from the comfort of your hotel.

What do you charge?
Our standard price is £399, which includes attendance on the day with the 'Motion Slideshow', next-day photo upload, hosting for one year and all photos on DVD. Costs may vary according to location and time required. Please contact us us to discuss your precise requirements.
